比例尺显示类
可以显示固定比例尺和任意比例尺, ScaleView继承于View,使用时需要将其添加到MapView显示之上。

一个MapView可以显示多个ScaleView,一个ScaleView可以关联不同的MapView。

ScaleView的用法如下：

首先在布局文件中添加 ScaleView 控件
```
<com.supermap.mapping.ScaleView
        android:id="@+id/scaleView"
        android:layout_width="match_parent"
        android:layout_height="40dp"
        android:layout_alignParentLeft="true"
        android:layout_alignParentBottom="true"
        android:layout_marginLeft="40dp"
        android:layout_marginBottom="80dp" />
```
然后在MapView初始化之后，初始化ScaleView,关联MapView

ScaleView m_scaleView = (ScaleView) findViewById(R.id.scaleView);
m_scaleView.setMapView(m_mapview);
